fopen error (Visual studio Express 2013)

File open 관련 error 메세지가 아래 처럼 발생하는데 이걸 수정해 줄려면 

code 단에 아래 code 를 추가해주면된다.. 집에서 example code 를 추가할때 사용하면 유용하다.
